Anna Finn Vinson began practicing law upon her graduation from Marquette University Law School in 2009. She became the second Finn in Finn & Finn, Ltd., when her father Newton E. Finn, a prominent Lake County attorney, brought her into his firm as he was appointed the City of Waukegan’s Corporation Counsel. Anna spent the next several years handling the city’s real estate transactions and assisting in other areas of municipal law, updating ordinances, advising the police department, improving animal control procedures, etc. After its service as Corporation Counsel, Finn & Finn broadened its areas of practice and began representing clients in Wisconsin as well as Illinois. Although Newton Finn has now retired, his distinguished legacy lives on in Anna Finn Vinson’s continuing dedication to seek justice and solve legal problems for her clients in the law firm of Finn & Vinson, LLC.
